Season 18
2020 - 2021 Performances
River City Men’s Chorus (RCMC) produces three major concert series each year. They typically occur in the September, December and April time frame. RCMC rehearses weekly on Sunday during the months of July through April.
Hallelujah! (September 2019)
Sunday, September 15, 3 p.m.; Monday, September 16, 7 p.m.; Thursday, September 19, 7 p.m.
From audience comments and CD sales, one of the most beloved RCMC concerts was "Then Sings My Soul" in 2015. "Hallelujah!" will once again deliver an inspiring and crowd-pleasing blend of gospel, spirituals, hymns, anthems, and classical favorites. We know this concert will uplift and move you and maybe even produce a goose bump or two! Whether your cup of tea is a big thrilling anthem with a double forte ending, songs from "an all-day singing and dinner on the grounds, or something in between, you will not be disappointed. Bring a friend. Call a colleague. Join us as we raise the rafters with the spirit of Hallelujah!
Sunday, September 22, 6 p.m.
The chorus will present special selections from "Hallelujah!" at Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 E. "C" Avenue, North Little Rock.
Holiday! 2019
Sunday, December 8, 3 p.m.; Monday, December 9, 7 p.m.; Thursday, December 12, 7 p.m.
Since 2002, our audiences pack our halls each year to celebrate the season with the men of the River City Men's Chorus. We honor this loyalty every season, with the kind of music you love and have come to expect. This year will be no exception! As always, you will hear traditional carols, exquisite Christmas classics, and of course, there will be surprises. Mark your calendars now for what promises to be a beautiful and inspirational beginning to this glorious season.
